With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, this lovely beach house sleeps 14 guests and offers plenty of space for the whole family to gather in the stunning living space or around the private, fenced-in pool. The pool deck is the ultimate gathering spot complete with plenty of seating options, a fire pit, BBQ grill, and twinkle lighting to light up this space at night. Whether you’re grilling out during the day, or having a sip of wine while cooling off in the pool, this space will be a family-favorite for sure! Looking to enjoy a beach day? No problem! A complimentary golf cart is provided for your stay and the beach is just a short ride away from the home. Pack up the chairs and head out for a day spent on the most beautiful beaches in the United States! Be Our Guest Beach House is exclusively and professionally managed by Frangista Beach Properties.
- Step into an open living space with beautiful new furnishings including two brand new sofas, one being a sleeper sofa, and two new swivel chairs and tables for a modern and updated look. Coastal decor line the walls and bring all the beachy vibes indoors. Guests can watch a family movie on the Smart TV, complete with Hulu and Disney. Turn on some tunes and prepare a family feast to remember in the fully-stocked kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and all the essentials. Guests can enjoy their family meal at the dining table with seating for 10 in this open and inviting area. Gulf views can also be seen from the balcony, which will quickly become your favorite spot to enjoy your morning cup of joe. The second floor also includes a bedroom with a queen bed, flat-screen Smart TV, shared bathroom, and a balcony with gulf views.
- The first floor provides sleeping arrangements for six guests in two bedrooms. The king bedroom features a flat-screen Smart TV and access to the pool deck and shared bathroom. A bunk room provides the perfect space for kids and teens with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a flat-screen TV, 3 Arcade Video Games and a PlayStation 4! This floor also has a laundry closet making this the perfect space for a small family to enjoy.

Policies
- We do not rent to any individuals under the age of twenty-five (25) or groups of guests under the age of twenty-five (25). All properties must be occupied by the actual parents of student-aged guests for the entire duration of the stay.
- Parents may not be staying in another property. Further, the parents-to persons under 25 ratio shall be at least (1) parent (not just an older adult or chaperone) for every three (3) guests under the age of twenty-five (25).
- All parents must submit photo IDs to our office within three (3) days of booking.
- * Avoid weekend traffic and busy check-in days with flexible scheduling!
- Only a 4 nights minimum for most seasons!
- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
- * Furniture / decor at the home and nearby developments are always changing. The photos may vary from how the house is presently staged.
